CPI(M) leader Com. Tarigami expressed his anger and shock at the tragic death of Sonaullah Bhat of Bandipora outside the ICDS centre. It is to mention here that the government has made old aged persons submit a fresh form, and that too in chilly cold days, to get the benefits from social welfare dept. Death of Sonaullah Bhat reflects “Naya Kashmir”, Tarigami added. He expressed his sympathies with the bereaved family.
